レコーディング、共演多数： ジブリ音楽、アジアン・ファンタジー・オーケストラ、カリギュラ、スコット・ロビンソン、フェロアン・アクラフ、ツアー岩下（三会塾）、マリア・シュナイダー・オーケストラなど。

ギタリスト、ピアニスト、ヴォーカリスト、作曲家、マニピュレーター、レコーディング・エンジニア、ミキサー、エディター、マスタリング・エンジニア、小説家。

TSUTAYA新人賞を受賞したオルタナティヴ・ロックバンド「Larch」(旧sonic＆trip)のボーカル＆ギタリストとして活動を開始。その後、カナダ、アイスランド、フランスを経て、スコットランドのエディンバラ大学に入学。エディンバラでの経験がアンビエント・ピアノ・ソロアルバム『On』につながり、後に画家・日高理恵子の日本でのアート展とコラボレーション。近年、レコーディングエンジニア、マスタリングエンジニアとしても活動している。

マレー飛鳥と小川アキラの両極端な才能を束ねるのは、元ソニーミュージックの丸山。
ソニー時代には、爆風スランプ、織田哲郎などのロックと楠瀬誠志郎、伊藤美奈子などシンガーソングライターを担当。その後フリーランスになり、松たか子、鈴木重子、Anyangoなど現在までに、130枚のアルバムのディレクションやプロデュースを担当。ディズニー映画『美女と野獣』『モアナ』のボーカル・ディレクターも務める。

Started off as singer and guitarist for alternative rock band Larch who won the TSUTAYA new-comer award.
Traveled through Canada, Iceland and France, landed in Scotland at the University of Edinburgh.
His Edinburgh experience led to his ambient piano solo album "On" which later collaborated with painter Rieko Hidaka's art exhibition tour of Japan.

Aska is based out of St. Louis, Akira studied in Vancouver and Edinburgh.
